Rooms facing the street were a little noisy and water pressure in shower was quite weak.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view. Elegant and up to date design in the room and throughout the hotel. Breakfast buffet exceptional. And the location could not be better. We always stay there when in Zagreb.
The air conditioning system didn’t have enough capacity and never could cool to the desired temperature even with a cold weather outside. The staff, while efficient and courteous, could smile more and be more friendly. By the way, a comment about your questionnaire: I left the question about who I was traveling with unanswered because it didn’t have wife or husband or spouse listed which I found insulting.
