Temperature of water inconsistent. We syayed for 2 nights and on 2 occassions water in shower was lukewarm only. Another guest told us they had same problem.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, they kept our luggage until the room was ready, so we could explore Zagreb in the meantime. They were friendly and very professional. They even packed a generous lunch boxes to go since we had an early flight.
