The room facilities were excellent with little extras to make the stay more comfortable. The staff completed the extra requests I asked for prior to our arrival and did not mention it on check in as it was a surprise for my partners birthday.
There was no view from the room but this didn’t matter to us I we were there to explore the city and didn’t spend long in the room.

We had had our conference cancelled but decided to still come and enjoy York instead ! Our hotel was great but special praise must go to the staff who were very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was really nice and worth the money

Pillows were so lumpy even after we changed them! Had a really poor nights sleep and the room was cold - had to ask for a heater.

Stylish room, blackout curtain, AC, lovely shower. Extra little amenities like the robe were nice too. Great location.
Room wasn't very clean. Significant dust on bed headboard, top of chair, wood panelling and lamps. Lack of breakfast, given how expensive the room was. Hard bed, was only given a thin duvet to help.
