Cleanliness, appeal of décor, layout of shower room and easy operation of equipment, room temperature, bed comfort, very quiet. All these were exceptional. The breakfast was also very good, the self-service areas were logically laid out and easy to use, and to keep the requisite 2 metres apart from any other guest!
The only thing missing from the room was a shaver point in the shower room. Although this didn't bother me personally, another guest might need it.

The waffles at breakfast, as well as how late breakfast ran on the Sunday morning (until 11am).
The water was surprisingly hard. Not sure if the hotel can do anything about that though!

Quiet friendly staff. I was with a slightly disabled friend. She managed quite well but could have done with some help at breakfast.we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
