I had the best experience ever starting from the moment I stepped out of the car to the reception to end up with the best room. A great Experience team The Ritz Carlton Vienna has. The spa was in a whole different universe plus the pool. The duty manager has a great skill in handling the RC guests a very kind person and passionate about the job. Overall, I am so glad I had the chance to visit The Ritz Carlton Vienna and now am planning my next one for Bali.
My only threshold is on The Social Account Handler to be specific the Instagram, I've taken a lot of great shots and I kept tagging the Vienna IG account. However, they only reposted the ones who have more than 50K. I'm an accredited tourist guide of Abu Dhabi and a Cultural Guide, I might not have many followers on my social account because am an old-style I socialize physically. I attend seminars, events, and Private events. I am considered as an influencer who doesn't catch the trend but makes it.

Size of the room was good.
One hr and a half to check in, till 4:30pm. The front desk was not helpful.

The staff was wonderful
The hotel itself needs to be updated. Out of date with technology & decor. We were so let down with the Ritz Carlton. We left the Four Seasons in Prague and thought that the Ritz would be of similar quality. It was NOT! Did not live up to a five star hotel. I would give the hotel Itself a “2”, and the staff a “5”.

I loved the elegance, ambience, food and beverages.
The fact that I had to carry my suitcase from the 5th floor to reception as the elevator was being fixed.
