The location was GREAT! Just moments from the Ubahn station. We ate at several local places and enjoyed them all, and shopping in the area was a lot of fun!
We requested a wake-up call that didn't happen... but we were up anyway, so there was no harm done.

This hotel is convenient walking distance from Schonbrunn palace, which was my main objective. It was outstanding value. Bed and pillows lush and lovely. Great quality all round.
Hotel has own secure parking under the building but expensive. I think it was 25€ per day.

Very close to the metro station. The room was comfortable and has a beautiful design, the bed was very comfy. Some of the reception personnel was very kind and attentive.
At the arriving moment, the personnel of the front desk was kind of unwelcoming (I don't recall her name), also not all the staff was up for saying "hello". No vent in the bathroom and restroom.
