Excellent location, just a few minutes from the nearest U-Bahn station. A spacious clean room and satisfactory breakfast. Staff were most friendly and helpful.
Given all the plus points in favour of the hotel. it is a shame that they are failing at the margins. The internet connection was abysmal and unusable. Apart from shower/shampoo gel and hand soap, no body lotion, conditioner or shoe cleaning material was provided, as one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

The room was comfy and the bed is sooo good, I slept very well. The breakfast was perfect and various with a very kind and helpful staff. I liked that I didn't had to hurry in the morning when we leave, the late check-out free and it made my day :) There is a big grocery just in front of the hotel - it was useful for us.
They have no private parking area - but never mind, it's not hard to find even a covered garage nearby.
