The staff were really friendly. I could leave the keys at the hotel reception without any worries and one of the ladies would ask how my day was. The breakfast has a decent mix of sweet and savoury foods. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking from the railway station, 20 minutes from the Stadio Bentegodi, and you can walk into the Arena di Verona in less than half an hour.
The Wi-Fi kept dropping out and I had to sit near the door to use it. Even then, it would still drop out at times. I used my mobile data a bit and even after a while the signal would drop out. My mattress was too soft and I had to sleep on my side. The bathroom was very squashy and I had to dry myself in the hallway.
