The restaurant staff/Chef is very helpful and friendly , and so are most Receptionists.the room is too most as the air conditioner wasn’t working very well. It’s also a rather noisy unit as there are many people talking in wee hours of the morning in the small lane facing the window.

They staff organized balloons in the room for me for my fiancees 30th, which was a lovely surprise to arrive to. They hotel provide each bedroom with an electronic tour guide phone which you can take out with you when exploring venice and it guides you to where ever you want to go. Great touch.
The hotel staff were very friendly, couldnt do enough for us. There was nothing we would change
