The room is still quite cosy in this separated building even if they are small (last floor) and have amazing view on the canals!
Second time in this hotel and big deception... we were not placed in the same hotel, but in the building situated 100 meters away with separate entry without reception, bar, terasse and with the lower level of quality... we had a heating problem in the room, the temporary solution was found for second night, but does not solved the problem, it was nosy and not comfortable. The breakfast in this building served separately and does not have even fresh coffee... This room and services are definitively not 4stars hotel...

Great location, very clean, good breakfast and good staff. I saw some rooms that were in the dining area so I think you need a bit of luck not to get a bad located room. Other than that, highly recommend.
