Very clean, modern hotel. Was happy to arrive and feel at 'home' for 5 days. Be aware that it's not really close to Toledo, but you can catch a shuttle into town or it's a short 6 Euro cab ride into town. Staff was very kind and accommodating with all requests. I am a platinum member with another hotel chain, but am thinking I need to stay with Hilton more - seeing how well they treat their guests. Definitely will recommend.
Cons: Internet was iffy and hard to connect - and expensive.
The Eurostars Palacio Buenavista, built around the former 16th-century Buenavista Palace, is just 5 minutes by car from the historic centre of Toledo. This location makes it the ideal hotel for seeing all that the city has to offer. Just 45 minutes from Madrid - Barajas airport by car, Toledo is also served by a high-speed train line (AVE) from Madrid Atocha station and the journey takes just 25 minutes. A transfer service from the airport is also offered for an additional cost. For those wishing to visit the centre of Spain, the Eurostars Palacio Buenavista is the ideal starting point from which to discover Aranjuez, Cuenca, Ávila and other places of interest near Madrid. It is a marvelous destination which combines the magic and charm of Toledo with luxury and the very best personal service.
We loved the design of this hotel. It is simple and spare, clean and modern. I liked that our room had the toilet separate from the shower and wash area. I also liked how the shower was its own separate space with no curtain or other sliding door, which tend to be kind of gross in other hotels. The bed was large and super comfy memory foam. It is not your typical hotel with concierge, and room service. It is quiet, without the hubbub of other hotels. It is as stated, rooms; you would never even know it was a hotel if you were to walk by it on the street. If you need to be pampered with turn down service and stuff like that, go someplace else. If you want a modern, chic, quiet place that is not busy or pretentious, stay at Antidoto.
Pros: This is a chic, modern hotel in a beautiful old building. It is right in the heart of the city, walking distance to all of the sights. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and gave great recommendations for nearby tapas bars, restaurants, etc.
Cons: There was a point when the hot water seemed to decrease. It didn't cause us too much trouble though, since it was so hot during our stay. The cool shower was refreshing. We loved this place, and will stay again.
Located in the heart of Toledo, this guesthouse is within a 5-minute walk of Plaza de Zocodover and Alcazar. Toledo Cathedral and Hospital of Tavera Museum are also within 15 minutes.
Located in Jewish Quarter, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk of El Greco Museum and Synagogue of Saint Mary the White. San Juan de los Reyes Monastery and Toledo Cathedral are also within 10 minutes.
Pros: Great hotel in Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very helpful.
Hotel Sercotel San Juan de los Reyes offers an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and puts you in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Synagogue of Saint Mary the White and San Juan de los Reyes Monastery. Guests indulge in massages, then grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. There's also a bar/lounge, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer minibars and room service.
This building was renovated in 2012. It is located on the plaza Zocodover, hub of the city and the Old Town Square itself. Within walking distance we can reach the Alcázar and the Cathedral. On the ground and first floor building there is the reception, where we find the background a restored well from the XIV century, opposite the main entrance, and also a wall from the seventeenth century. The hotel features single, double and triple room with a nice modern functional decor. They are equipped with minibar, internet connection, air conditioning and a plasma TV. Its location, on the Zocodover square, warrants a trip back in time to the most traditional and authentic Toledo.
Pros: Centrally located. Two blocks from cathedral. Walking distance to many sites.
Cons: Poor wi-fi connection in room. Kept dropping out. Strong in lobby.
The Santa Isabel Hotel is located in the historic centre of Toledo, right next to the Cathedral and the city hall. At only few steps from the main sightseeing points of this historical city in Spain, the hotel enjoys an enviable location in the proximities of the traditional Jewish quarter. This charming hotel is housed in an ancient Toledan house dating back to the 14th century. The building has been fully refurbished preserving its original structure and now offers a cozy accommodation in the centre of Toledo, a city rich of history, featuring impressive palaces, churches, convents and places of cultural interest. Among this Toledo hotel facilities, you will find comfortable guest rooms, a breakfast lounge, a private garage, a rooftop terrace offering amazing views over the city, and an attentive staff at the reception that will be glad to provide you with useful information about Toledo. The surrounding area offers a large variety of bars and restaurants serving delicious local dishes at affordable prices.
Pros: View was great from the Parador with clean rooms overall
Cons: Some staffs were very very rude. Which ruined our stay overall. The person working at the reception was rude and also at the breakfast cafeteria.
When you stay at Parador de Toledo, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Hospital of Tavera Museum and San Martin Bridge. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out Parador de Toledo, which serves regional cuisine. An outdoor pool and a children's pool are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer minibars and room service.
Pros: We loved everything from the location, architecture, to the history of this hotel. Top notch and beyond romantic.
Cons: Having loved almost every facet the lack of air conditioning in 96 degree heat was brutal. There was an ac unit but barely worked and made sleeping next to impossible.
When you stay at Hacienda Del Cardenal, you'll be in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Hospital of Tavera Museum and Plaza de Zocodover. The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the seasonal outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer room service and free WiFi.
Cons: Staff was quite unhelpful. Breakfast was a mediocrity, almost ludicrous for a five-star hotel, with industrialized orange juice and a poor choice of cold cuts. Facilities seem quite dates, the last renovation probably took place some twenty years ago. Pricey and definitely not worth your dollar...
Pros: Room and catering good. Views superb. Much noise from family in adjoining room but staff changed our room.
Cons: Noise from A/C, low drone all night even when switched off. Very thin walls so no sound insulation between rooms.
Pros: The view of the old town of Toledo is really beautiful.
Pros: Superb location, excellent rooms, great views.we only stayed overnight but wil return whe we actually visit toledo again.
Cons: The restaurant food should be better, our steaks were overcooked.
Pros: View of Toledo, from our room.
Cons: We booked this hotel because they said they accepted dogs...well they do, but at check in you are told it is 35EUR per night for your dog. Guests with dogs are allocated certain ground floor rooms, ours had a small dog bed and food/water bowls. As dogs are forbidden in all communal zones, except for access to/from your room...and you are not allowed to leave your dog alone in your room...you are 'suggested' to use room service for meals/drinks. We did so for breakfast/dinner and didn't find the prices that bad...however, we would have been happier if the hotel explained the many restrictions that applied to dogs, at the time of booking. Security at the hotel also appeared very poor (i.e. non-existant)
Pros: This was a nice clean hotel with lots of little perks. Huge beautiful bathroom.... nice view from the deck..... free WIFI..... just outside of town, we walked into the downtown quite easily. Free parking as well.
Cons: room not ready. pool not open. service slow
Pros: Very comfortable, stylish room. Friendly, professional staff. Could not fault the hotel.
Pros: Excellent parking facilities-
Cons: Access to broadband facilities not possible without a wireless connect card- "wireless" facilities are however referred to in the site details
Pros: It was quiet and the view was great. The crib and set up for my toddler was top quality.
Cons: A clock/alarm was not provided. The floor was full of dust, grass, and dirt. The room did not include an area rug. As a result, could not remove shoes.
Pros: The view and location is the best in Toledo and the room is quite spacious
Cons: Don't quite know how some of these hotels get 5 stars (compared to 5 star chains like Four Seasons/Oriental it's a world away). Front desk staff were quite unhelpful and seemed to lack initiative, and in some cases seem completely unable to understand quite basic questions in English. Water pressure in shower is surprisingly poor. Although it has 24h room service it took over 1 hour to get food at night, so they seem not set up for this.
When you stay at Hotel Cigarral El Bosque, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from Hospital of Tavera Museum and San Martin Bridge. After splashing around at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A terrace and a garden are other highlights at this luxurious hotel, and rooms offer room service and free WiFi.

Pros: Great location to walk throuhg the city. Amazing views from the roof top. Complete breakfast. Reception and restaurant ambient.
Cons: Great looking rooftop restaurant, it is so popular that we could not sit down and try it, when staying at the hotel one should get priority to get a table.

Pros: Nice staff at the reception desk. Very attractive Hotel with excellent Location and very reasonable room rate.
Cons: A few small things that can be improved:
1) in a five star Hotel I expect at least two free bottles of water every day
2) no Kleenex box in the bathroom
3) staff was overwhelmed during busy breakfast hours. Breakfast items running out fast and being replaced only very, very slowly and after asking for them.
4) staff answering incoming calls did not make any effort to locate us in the breakfast room when an international call came in for us.
As I said, nothing important, but should be improved.

Pros: breakfast buffet was great, unfortunately not free but cheap. the receptionist that night was very kind; did not charge us extra for the kids.
Pros: Comfortable room and nice marble bathroom. Good breakfast.
Cons: Pillows on bed were too low and firm. Hotel should offer a choice of pillows.

One of the great secrets of our hotel is the Panoramic Restaurant, offering vistas of the Imperial City, worthy of the best photographs. Extra beds subject to availability. Pet supplement. Car paid park. Paid breakfast. *The romantic room, the double bed is subject to availability.
Pros: Our room had a balcony and chairs with a view of the rooftops - great for a glass of wine. Beds were comfy and breakfast was plentiful. Room architecture felt medieval with the heavy wood doors and red accents, definitely fit Toledo! I would recommend this hotel.
Pros: The location was perfect in the downtown area The room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. Parking next-door was very easy, and was discounted from €20 to €14 for hotel guests. The front desk staff was very helpful in planning our tour through the city, as well as with any questions about our stay.
Cons: The room was air-conditioned, although it was a struggle to keep the room cool. The temperature outside during our stay was 108°F,
Pros: We had a corner room on the 2nd floor that gave us a great view of the plaza and a nearby street from our balconies. We especially enjoyed watching the people on the plaza going about their daily lives as well as the two demonstrations that took place during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located so we could walk to all of the attractions that interested us. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions even though we speak no Spanish and they sometimes had to struggle to understand us.
Cons: WiFi was a bit weak in the room. It was faster in the lobby.
