Friendly and efficient staff, no request was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was so plentiful I had to ask for less ! Loved the quietness of the hotel.
This is being nit-picky, but seeing as you asked: Could have had better English speaking staff. Could have had bigger hot chocolates for the price.

Beautiful view out over the city and Tokyo Bay. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and very well laid out so that we could store all our things, hang our clothes and coats, put our suitcases away and enjoy. The range of bathroom amenities was just amazing. Bed very comfortable, and great that it was not pushed up against the wall. The lounge facility was a quiet place to read or work, and all day tea/coffee/pastries/juice was very much appreciated. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby, and an excellent Japanese style food alley just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The place felt smart and luxurious. We will stay here again.
The cost of food at the hotel was very high - obviously targeting those on business expense accounts! The location absolutely did not bother us, but for some it might be an issue. The nearest JR station is Tamachi - about 10 minutes walk. The nearest subway station is Mita, about 6-7 minutes walk.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and cozy! Great location! Metro station is very close (2 min). There are a lot of small cafes and restaurants with local food. And of course the window view! Amazing! A lot of necessary things in a room, even adapters.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing. So close to the subway and in a nice area. The rooms have incredible views and are spacious. It's fantastic value for money. The staff is so helpful and nice.
