High standard is what one expects from Mercure, a very comfortable hotel. We used the hotel as a base for our travels around Georgia, returning three times. Staff were always helpful and obliging. Lika in particular was superb, nothing was ever too much trouble and she dealt with all our requests and needs in a most efficient manner.

Yes the timing was unlucky as there were road works starting at 6am but still 'I cannot do anything' shouldn't be the only answer you have. On the other hand, there was a heavy smell of cigarette in my 'strictly forbidden to smoke' room which cannot be tolerated. Internet was free but extremely slow. It's in the old town but away from lots of facilities so next time , I'll pick a wiser location.
