I got sick in the night and couldn't sleep because i had pain and couldn't get painkiller from the reception. The same with the breakfast I asked for omelets but I couldn't get it,the toilet wasn't rent And the parking is very expensive.

Stay during Covid-19

I arrived late into Central Station so it was close and convenient. Chose the cheapest option which was the windowless room and was as I expected. Beds are comfortable, facilities clean and staff friendly.

The plug sockets in the room are near the door and none were near the bed. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss.

The hotel is opposite the Central Station, a leisurely walk to the old town and ideally situated near all the landmarks and sights. There is free tea and coffee also warm beverages. Super fast wifi and reception staff are very welcoming also informative.

The room walls are paper thin so you can hear loud noises on the corridor.

Private SPA in the room was great. A crib for the baby was proivided and the baby slept very well.

We couldn't manage to heat up the room. Not even the staff. The room temp was stuck 16°C until we heated the room with the sauna and space heater. Then ok.

Nice little place to relax...

Simple fuss free hotel with rooms in the basement that are without windows but very cheap. Useful for those who just need a few hours sleep while waiting for the trains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent spread. Corona measures were taken and signs were there for guests to follow (though not many actually followed them). Location is too notch, just minutes to the central station.

A cosy hotel close to...

I liked the location because it's close to the train station and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. The staff was good too.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast because when I came to have my breakfast the girl who served breakfast began to take the food away..and she knew that I just came and she didn't even ask if I would like to eat more. This is so crazy and rude. I will never go back to this hotel because of her and they didn't have juice or pastries so that could be improved too.

Ingenting. Boring breakfast. Buying cold breakfast in circles k way 100x times better then breakfast in hotel. Excuse cannot serve warm breakfast its totally bullshit. Come to norrland. Then you get breakfast like you normally do before corona. The difference is. We keep our distance!

The pillow are way to hard. The keep reminding you to check out early before the normal time checking out. And want you to pay extra . Its feel like I'm not welcome to stay in hotel. Even I pay the hotel all at once. I feel like been harrasing with to pay more even the check out time still 4- hours left. I think I even get bug bite. I have to see doctor and confirm is that a bug bite or not . Im I only went to the hotel and meeting and back home. On the way home I realized I have red spot in arm. Seem like I get bitten with something 🤔

Perfect location, very close to main station of Stockholm (around 300 m), so you can reach everywhere by foot. Delicious breakfast included in price of stay, very nice staff, clean room and very comfortable bed. We are really glad that we found that place for our trip. The location of this hotel is perfect. At the central station. The hotel itself is really nice also! Very modern and clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice also, I mean not the best I have ever had but definitely good for the price.

There wasn’t a window in the room (rooms downstairs), again, I don’t complain about it because I knew it and because we stayed in the room only to sleep, so it didn’t bother us at all, but it’s just a heads up in case you came unprepared and expected a window! The bathroom was clean but it can get wet and messy pretty quickly.

Hello, your employees working on Friday till Monday afternoon we're perfect., in servucr, help, etc. But I have to make a complaint after having a very bad experience with one of your employees. After I checked out at 11 o'clock in the morning to attend business meetings before I leave, I you found that my car was having issues, so I went back to the hotel to wait for the car experts to come. The employee working there Cornelia was super rude for no reason. Telling me and my business that we were not welcomed because we already checked out. So, i didn't understand the problem was, I mean was she thinking that we were not going to pay 25 sek for a cup of coffee. She was just rude, so fast forward asking her for rooms she was not willing to look for a room for me, even do I had discussed with other employees about a possible stay. I have never seen in my business travel such a rude, unprofessional worker in a hotel. I hope for better service, in the future. Best regards, Mikeal Berggren

Located in City Centre, good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Got a bonus suite for the same price as an ordinary double, surprised me really.

A little sour smell in bathroom and minibar had bottles that were opened and filled or mixed with water. I noticed too late and tasted. I’m happy it was only water.

Location is good, next to the centralstation. The room feels decent, good enough size like a normal kids room + small bathroom basically.

They didn't clean the room in a 4 day visit, even though we had that "please go inside sign" everyday. So we didn't get any new towels or any new toilet paper. Though, we did ask for that and got it when we asked for it. The breakfast was very bad imo, the eggs too hard-boiled and one day the yoghurt was completely watery. One day we randomly got locked out of our rooms, which we didn't understand why. The bathroom looked decent enough, but the shower floor was quite bad condition, and the water went everywhere in the bathroom. No wardrobe, even though there would have been enough space for it. Just a small one would have been good. We knew this going in, but yeah no windows isn't that nice.

Great location, if you're using the train. And even if not, the station is full of useful shops, and the hotel is in the middle of Hamburg. There's nice art all over the hotel.

WiFi was very dodgy. No silly games trying to limit connectivity, but the internet connection was sometimes very fast then, a few minutes later, very slow. The rooms are all underground! So no views. I didn't mind this, and found it very interesting, but other may hate it. Room design is very much appearance over function. Worst is the light above the bed which runs very hot, burns your hand when you try to turn it off, and is impossible to find in the dark when you want to switch it on.

Location is fantastic, so close to old town, quality shopping, and best of all the bus and train stations. Breakfast was impressive, wide variety of hot and cold food and beverages.

The room is simple, which is not a negative since they make that clear during the booking process. My room was small with no windows but it had all that I needed and was very clean.
