Breakfast is excellent. The structure is that of a palace, beautiful.
You’ll probably have to climb stairs, the elevator is really slow.

The hotel was lovely but quite nosy due to being on the Main Street. No tea/coffee in the room. Water was at a cost. Also a lot of steps for the less able. The safe is just a removable box which meant we still felt the need to carry passports etc.
A bottle of water in this heat should be complimentary. Tea/coffee should be available at no extra cost

The hotel is a charming place reminiscent of the period Italian architecture. It is centrally located amongst the shops and close to the train station in Sorrento. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast hall was grand with a variety of amazing dishes to choose from!
