Staff in general very polite, attentive with great service standards Breakfast quality is good but options limited. Location is good, with subway nearby, and great food options on the basement.

Requested for foam pillows but never deliver. Staff at Conference not up to hotel standard.

Metro access via hotel. Food and beverage on site. English speaking staff. Gorgeous hotel.

The staff, specially at the club lounge was extremely helpful and accomodating.

The swimming pool is quite small and the whirlpool/jacuzzi is non-operational

Reception staff Shirley provide super good and wormly service to us.

The breakfast was 1st class for both western and chinese dishes. There was a metro access in the basement of the hotel which made travelling around on wet days so convenient.

I cannot think of anything that was wrong with this hotel.

Excellent breakfast selection, connected to metro stop "Langao Rd" (exit 4 through food court right into the hotel), very helpful staff, nice rooms.

Direct access to metro. Very impossible for Shanghai. Room is comfortable and big. Starbucks for coffe and a market 24h open opposite of hotel.

Great room, some of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Some of the staff do not know Englisg well enough to talk. The breakfast staff were too agressive when welcoming the guests and instructing them to pass the room key. It gave a non welcoming feeling.

Diectly at metro line 7. Very easy to access the metro to do sightseeing. Starbucks and some food stores next to the hotel.

Breakfast could be better for a five star hotel. Standard coffee is awful, better ask for a fresh one from the machine. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is excellent but pretty expensive.
