Cons: Where to start.
Do not cater for English all menus and staff only speak French or Arabic.
Requested for some milk as none in the room to be told they don't have milk. Had to go to supermarket round the courner.
Security staff all asleep in the reception when checking out at 6am.
All staff looking for a tip
Breakfast started at 6, nothing was Layed out, the toaster wasn't working, when the waiter see me struggling with toaster he watched on when I gave up he walked over an unplugged it. Not even a good morning or smile (nothing). No tea or coffee ready, so I paid for B&B and had no breakfast.
The carpet in the room was badly stained, considering the hotel not long been refurbished.
Overall the English not welcome the security rubbish as love to sleep in the job, staff so rude, it's not cheap to stay there and not worth £10 per night let alone the £98 we paid. Hotel with no milk, perhaps they should use the supermarket around the corner.
Do not cater for the Old or disabled, checked out waiting for transport on the steps of hotel as was made to feel not welcome to wait in reception.
