Excellent staff , personal , friendly and helpful during stay and leading up to the visit with exemplary held from Ana and the concierge team setting up lunch reservation’s, private tours and a special evening at a Flamenco show. Highly recommend . Great location with easy walking access tour sites.
Spacial set up of our room (suite) a little unusual but not an issue , spent most of time outside the hotel

Fabulous hotel situated right in the middle of a fabulous city. Staff were superb - rooms large and very comfortable - breakfasts fantastic. Very difficult to criticise anything
Only minor drawback was availability of beds next to pool in roof terrace but not a huge issue

For 5* hotel the breakfast could have had a better variety. It was very tasty and sufficient, but more limited than normally at other 5* hotels
