Firstly all of the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are warm, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean and the bathroom in particular had been so well maintained. Its not glam - it’s a 2 star hotel, but this one was everything you could want for a comfortable stay and I personally loved it.
