Location is good at boa Viagem beach. Room is clean.
Renovations. As with anything a hotel also needs maintenance. Which is fine. Work would be carried out between 8 am to 6 pm according to a letter under the door. At 22:30 the work is still continuing next to occupied rooms. Multiple calls to reception to ask the work to continue tomorrow do not help. Work, talking and phone calls simply continues and solid night rest of guests is of secondary importance. Room has issues too. With wind the door and windows rattle loudly. Water also comes in through the window frame with rain storms.

Pros: breakfast was good.. lobby nice
Con: our room(2102) looked like it was painted by an 8 year old!the maintance ( atleast in our room was substandard! Also housekeeping showed up to clean our room at 4:40 pm!!!!
