Staff was great, our room was phenomenal and the facilities were awesome. Very clean and cozy.
There was a small water leak in the bathroom, the floor was a bit wet. Also, the drain in the shower was kind of clogged, the water would accumulate but not enough to overflow.

The staff is kind and responsive and room services including cleannisess are excellent.
The internet connection is terrible! For a hotel hosting business travellers this is a major issue. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, according to the technician it was expected to have such loud noise when the air is directed to the bottom. The available of food for breakfast is very limited.

Quiet rooms on upper floors, good elevators, good room service, excellent hot water and showers, excellent bed, comfortable work space in room, with plenty of electrical outlets.
WiFi is too slow, needs an update.
