Queenstown House Boutique Bed & Breakfast & Apartments

Lovely warm room overlooking lake with balcony. Comfortable bed. Tea/Coffee (milk in fridge) and cookies provided daily. Breakfast room had fantastic views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables beyond - difficult to drag yourself away some mornings! Tastefully decorated property with a warmth immediately felt on arrival. Breakfast was delicious with many choices, including homemade muesli, fresh yoghurt and plums. Selection of cooked breakfasts also available including eggs benedict, omelettes, pancakes with maple syrup and bacon (yum!). Sam and her team could not have been better. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel so very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and they helped us to choose which trips to take and booked one for us. One of the highlights of this lovely boutique B & B, is the tasty canapes and glass of wine provided at 5.30 pm each day to enable guests to get together and chat before going into town for an evening meal. Property is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the main town and places to visit. Highly recommend this B & B as a superb place to stay in vibrant Queenstown. Without hesitation we would stay at Queenstown House again and are very grateful to Sam, Paul and team for making our final days of holiday in New Zealand, so enjoyable and memorable.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

The warmest hospitality we have ever received!! The freshly made a-la-carte breakfasts were so delicious and a lot of choices to choose from. Superb lake and mountain view plus modern decor. Very comfortable bed! Highly recommended!!

Internet was very poor

So many things! The amazing view from the balcony and breakfast area, the breakfast each morning was amazing (such a great selection!), happy hour each evening sampling NZ wines & hors d'oeuvres, comfortable and cosy room, the electric blanket, complimentary chocolates and cookies, lovely staff etc etc :)
