Kitchen facility is quite good. There's oven and microwave available.
The location is not too far from city centre, but needs to climb up a hill to get to which is a bit troublesome when you need to carry a heavy baggage up. Also we were a bit disappointed when we first walked in the bathroom where the floor was wet so was the mattress. No room cleaning or changing towel service either. A bit over pricing for the room in terms of location and service.

Very clean, modern and warm! The bed was a absolutely amazing! Free wifi and Netflix, a very short walk to town, and the staff member was very lovely and helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the future!
Our room was on the pathway so it got a little noisy when people walked past during early hours of the am, other than that we were extremely happy with our stay here!

Superb location in the heart of Queenstown! Walking distance to shops and cafes - the main reason we have booked this place. Fantastic lake and mountain view from the balcony room and the bed is super comfy!! Will stay again!
