This is a beautiful property with stunning views and location. Restaurant is lovely - great breakfast! We were moved to a new room facing the water which was simply stunning. Unfortunately the first room we were is was not so great....see below
Unfortunately we were put in an internal room to start. No windows only skylights. Apparently some people like this arrangement (so staff told me) in that the rooms very cosy. But I really didn’t think it was worth the price tag ... we did move rooms but I just don’t think they should bother with this room as it’s not what I would have expected. There was also a glitch with the hot water and so we didn’t have any hot water one night - no showers which was a bit bad. Perhaps we were just cursed.

Could not be happier with our stay EIchardts. The staff were amazing and made the hotel feel incredibly welcoming. The rooms & location are absolutely stunning. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in QT. Worth every cent.

Absolutely amazing location. The rooms were comfortable and pretty. The Grille restaurant downstairs was fantastic too. The living room area had an incredible view over the lake. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Amazing location and views and a room so cosy and complete with everything you could need. Perfection!
Every night we got a free drink and canapés. We didn’t like having to ask for this, it would be nice to have a voucher to hand over instead
