Excellent location. Very comfortable room and bed, lovely touches in the room like daily carafe of water, home made chocolate marshmallow fish and biscuits. Lovely juliet balcony overlooking the town and the water. Friendly staff. Great daily breakfast menu. Great European boutique hotel feel.

This was not a problem for me, but older travelers or those with mobility problems should know there is a steep hill to get to the hotel (and a few flights of stairs from town). This is the case for most of the hotels in Queenstown, but something you should be aware of when planning for your trip.
