Pros: Amazing experience here. The view was spectacular and woke up to a sunrise over the mountains. Saw some dolphins and seals while eating breakfast and we felt very cozy. The old fashioned style felt like I was on a cruise ship. Would definitely recommend!!
Cons: The bathrooms were a little small, but I don't really care about that. It was all beautifully laid out.
For what I paid I expected more.
Pros: Staff and over all look of the hotel.
Cons: My wife and I didn't like the lack of bath tub and location of the toilet right against the door opening/wall. In addition, the toilet paper holder was too far away from the toilet and there was no air conditioning.
Pros: Hotel was close to everything, staff was plesent
Cons: Rooms were small and no fridge
Also was helpful that there was a Safeway located just across the street. We could easily load up on snacks before heading on the Alaskan Marine Highway system.
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this hotel was. The beds were very comfy, the room was nicely furnished, and we had an absolutely great drinks/dinner in the great bar located in the restaurant. We definitely will stay there again.

Pros: Stunning decor- very fresh and modern apartments with everything needed. The most beautiful place we stayed for sure on this trip. Lovely shared lounge and well equipped kitchen shared between two very private bedrooms off the common area. 10/10
Cons: I had a moment of being weirded out when they told us we were in apartment 7 bedroom 2 and that the other bedroom was occupied. But that was before I saw the setup- beautiful shared lounge and kitchen with two private lockable well noise proofed bedrooms

Pros: It was a charming place. Very cute. And pretty clean. Very nice staff!
Cons: I didn't like that there weren't any screens on the windows or sliding glass door. We had heaps of bugs come in.... and I didn't like that there wasn't an entry way rug. Really need a place to wipe your shoes off. We had dirt and grit in our bed!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife slept with her clothes on. There are doing renovations so maybe it will get better but...Stay somewhere else!! We should have slept in our car.
Pros: A terrible experience
Cons: There is nothing to like, we were on the first floor, the halls smelled, the room smelled, terrible stains on the carpeting, bathroom was dirty, all in all a terrible place but at midnight just off the ferry what do you do?
The staff were nice, the renovations make entry & exit through the parkade unavoidable...but the smoking area was immediately outside the entrance in the parkade and as a non-smoker I didn't appreciate having to walk through the cloud.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: I know they are renovating, but the hallways & stairwells are very run down. Stairs creaked and were not square or level, hallways were abused...I had to leave the bathroom exhaust fan on or I would get cigarette smoke through the vent.

Cons: The room was very hot, and seemed as if the room thermostat had no control over the temperature of the room itself, meaning I had to sleep with the door to the balcony open all night to cool down the room.
