John, one of the receptionists, was amazing! Upon arrival, my friend and I decided that we wanted to stay for another night so we talked to John about it and although there wasn’t any availability at his hotel, he helped us find another hotel in the area. He went above and beyond his duties and for that, my friend and I were very thankful!
