Tivoli Marina Portimão Algarve Resort

Incredible location. Breakfast was fantastic.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right on the Marina with a handful of restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

No advice or notifications relating to a large concert being held outside the hotel for 4 nights of our stay.

This place was awesome! The location and setup of the hotel is not traditional but it was very comfortable and all amenities were of high standard! Included breakfast was great and the staff throughout were fantastic. The location is perfect for beach goers or people wishing to have quick easy access to Praia da Rocha. Our room was quite far away in an annexed building, as the hotel is split into different complexes but an electric golf cart service is provided by the hotel if you don’t feel like the walk!:) The room was great and all very clean; it all felt secure and the underground parking was roomy and felt safe for extended periods. The pool and room service were great and the views were beautiful. The hotel is IN the marina and the surroundings and amenities like washing clothes etc were all available.

Our room was a little far away from the main hotel but just a five minute walk (or a quick spin on an electric scooter) Everything in the local area closes around 10 so if you want local stuff like restaurants you’ll have to go down the town which is just a short walk, but if you’re stuck for anything late at night you might have to wait until morning! Other than that, the hotel was fantastic!

We loved the location. Very close to the marina and walking distance from the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. We went out to the city center for dinner and you can easily get an Uber at a very reasonable price.

The bedrooms and furniture really need to be updated. For the price per night, I really don’t understand why this hotel seems to have not been renovated in 2 decades. Some pictures on the walls would also brighten up the rooms.

The location of the Tivoli Marina is gorgeous - lovely views to wake up to every morning! The restaurant for breakfast is superbly situated. The main pool was lovely but we had the option of a smaller pool right outside our building.

I was surprised when we werent in the main part of the hotel. I dont think I had ascertained that when I booked. However for the most part it was easy to get a buggy around operated by the hotel.
