Very good hotel, excellent breakfast buffet which offered different fresh juices, eggs, pancakes, fruits. Room very clean!!! The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from city center. Also available is shuttle service to Praia da Rocha. Very good location for exploring Algarve. Car garage costs us 6 EUR/day. I recommend this hotel.
A bit of noise during the night, since the marina view rooms are very close to a very busy road.

Location is great, with good views and convienence of being between two towns within easy walking distance. Delux rooms offer best views.
Room cleaning was always very late in the day, which meant being disturbed by staff having retired to the room having been out all day. It is a very minor thing bit quite disruptive when trying to rest/relax.
