Location, cleanliness and the breakfast
Being forced to having to stay in your room for the majority of my stay. It the hotel’s fault but still a factor

The hotel policies were ridiculous had to pay for everything ridiculous despite the unfortunate situation the world currently is in there was zero effort to look after us. More keen on profiting from us and getting us out at the earliest opportunity

Location, it's not right on the beach but only a 5 minute walk away. Good size room and bathroom.
Rude receptionist staff. Buffet food is virtually the same every day and bland. Wouldn't say photos are completely true to life, have definitely been taken in strategic angles.

Great location. Spotlessly clean and good entertainment. Lovely pool area and great reception area too .
Dining room food area long and narrow as columns made it very tight. Not a great selection for breakfast and hot water not very hot for the tea. Didn’t like that no cash accepted at pool side cafe or main bar so couldn’t even purchase an ice cream or cup of tea/coffee without it being charged to our room. Bedrooms could do with a refurbishment to bring it to 4 star.

spectacular breakfast, amazing choice and plenty of everything. Just a recommendation, coffee quality was disappointing, but it was amply compensated with everything else.
