Aparthotel Udalla Park

The staff were EXCELLENT, some of the best I have come across. Receptionists were very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The staff that cleaned the room(every day, if necessary) were brilliant. The room was basic but very clean.

The accommodation was fairly basic. Hotel bar closed 6pm ! (March). I do not know how many were in the hotel but I personally think more could have been offered to their guests.

Good value for your money! The location is very good, short walk to the beach and all the buzzing places. Lots of restaurants around the block. If you wan´t to grab something small our favorite places was the little pizza shop next door to the hotel and the Kebab place two places over. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast and the staff there. The pancake machine is genius. Staff always happy to see you and welcoming. Pool area nice and clean and sunbeds good.

Didn´t get the top floor room with a roof top balcony which we were hoping for. But stranger thing is that we didn´t get the twin bed that we had booked and only about one 140cm bed. Complained but they had nothing else. All of the staff (except at breakfast) had an attitude like you were bothering them. No hello or good morning or nothing. They did help if you forced them to speak to you but they were not happy about it. Pool and hot tub was freezing even though it was advertised to be heated up during cold season. Beer at the bar was to expensive and no one was buying any.
