Pros: Ever clean friendly staff comfy bed and chairs in room
Cons: No mini fridge
Pros: Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Room was too cold. Adjusting the thermostat only changed it from cold to warm air, neither of which was ideal.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Lobby was modern and comforting. Location can't be beat for anything downtown.
Cons: No mini fridge in room. Parking deck remote from lobby but only temporary due to construction.
Pros: Great value using Kayak, the rate was just slightly higher than neighboring value hotels.
Located conveniently in downtown Peoria, it was easily accessible.
Excellent staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. Room was furnished with modern fixtures and decoration. Despite the beautiful historic quality of the hotel, nothing felt outdated or worn out.
Cons: No mini fridge or microwave provided in room, and no free continental breakfast.

Cons: I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom showing a reservation of up to four people but I was charged an additional $10 person because the room is only for two people. Did not appreciate the last second surprise and this should reflect in the booking of the room.
Pros: Stayed at americinn before and just as satisfied as before it was great
Cons: Noise from next room was like they were in my room, thin walls
Pros: Awesome pool area..very warm pool! Front desk staff was very helpful!
Cons: Although updated, restrooms were still in need of further updates.
Pros: Rooms nice. Pool and hot tub great (pool water was warm!). Breakfast good. Hall carpeting looks new - looked great.
Cons: Online room description said there would be a microwave in the room in addition to the refrigerator. There was no microwave. There was a space for it, but no microwave there. That was the only disappointment.
If your looking to stay somewhere to go to the casino this is a fair location..not difficult to get to places
Pros: Juccuzzi tub was nice..room was cheap well worth the amount
Cons: not a bad thing but the juccuzzi tub be nice if alittle bigger..lol
Pros: Clean room, good breakfast with plenty of room to eat, friendly staff, excellent for a two star hotel.
BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE
Pros: THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, CLOSE TO OUR DAUTER AND HER HUSBAND'S HOME. NICE POOL.
Cons: THE EXERCISE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A EXERCISE BIKE
Enjoy your visit to Peoria with a stay at Americinn Peoria. You can go for a morning swim at the indoor pool and visit the fitness center for a workout. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Convenient downtown location with reasonable proximity to most points of interest by walk or quick cab ride. Clean and modern facilities. Hot breakfast for free--not gourmet but hey, it beats any cold continental breakfast or having to schlep to some restaurant and pay them $10 to feed you. Free WiFi, again a value compared to some of the other hotels nearby. Comfortably beds, couch and desk area. Kitchen suite was sweet. Robin, at the reception desk, was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: I like that the hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. It was nice that there was a computer and printer that was easy to use while we stayed.
Cons: The indoor pool was not operational the time that we stayed there, this was very disappointing as it was the number one reason we choose this hotel to let the kids swim indoors. They did offer us to use a neighboring hotels pool, but it was less than 35 degrees outside and no way was I letting the kids walk outside wet in those temperatures.
Pros: The front desk was fantastic and quick to respond. We had a couple problems involving the reservation and room; they wrapped them up right away with great aplomb, pleasantness and humor. Would absolutely go back.
Pros: Staff was great!! Ashley and Mia at the front desk and bar was friendly, clean and very helpful. Comfortable beds. Clean and well kept place. Would recommend it to anyone

Cons: I had to leave because they had no wifi and I needed to work. They then charged my card anyway. Now I have to deal with that.
Pros: Nice breakfast-made to order omelette.
Cons: Romm was kind of small. Phone did not work. Sink drained slowly.
Cons: Staff was not helpful at all.
Rooms booked were not what I received
Rooms lacked enough hangers
Pros: The staff was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for our needs. The room was clean and nice size. It is also very quiet.
Cons: Could have used a comfy Chair to sit and read in and a small table or night stand on both sides of the bed. not a big deal, just would have been nice.
Pros: Our group of six (3 couples) enjoyed our one night stay to see a show at the Civic Center. We liked:
Welcoming comfy lobby
Frig in the room
Decorating in the rooms
Breakfast and flavored coffee
2 complimentary drink tickets
Comfy bed, linens and pillows
Helpful front desk staff
Cons: I'll let you know if I figure out something.
Pros: Clean I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Very quiet.
Cons: My room faced east and only had wooden blinds that didn't shut all the way. I had the vapor lights from the parking lot across the street all night and the sun in the morning.
Pros: The most comfortable and consistently quality stay in Peoria.
Pros: Surprised at how nice it was - everything. .the room, the staff, the cocktails, the breakfast, and the price.
Pros: Lobby has style & charm - impressive as you enter. Designed to curl up with a great book! Charming, helpful & polite staff. Fabulous food with ambiance to boot. Lovely riverfront view. Pleasantly more than we were expecting. Close walk to riverfront dining/museums/shops. Fridge/microwave a bonus in room. Would definitely recommend. As a mom, I felt safe staying w my son during a college tour visit.
Cons: Occasional minor hall noise from other guests in PM, although we were directly across from ice/sodas & elevator, so not entirely surprising. Otherwise, all else was great.

Pros: Great location, rooms and customer service. Would highly recommend staying there.
Pros: The location
Pros: So clean!! The staff was so nice.
Pros: Super comfortable beds, very friendly staff!
Pros: Overall Room quality
Cons: Staff -- Desk clerk at check-in, couldn't put down his cell phone long enough to even speak.
Pros: Convenient to shopping and a variety of choices for dining nearby from burgers, pizza, and ice cream, to ribs and steaks, with even more choices within 5 minute drive. Lobby and public areas very clean. Nice free breakfast, and free parking.
Cons: Normally enjoyable check-in. This trip an inexperienced front desk person caused a 30+ minute unpleasant delay- questioning payment for my already PREPAID ROOM. I had the confirmation # and email. TV reception terrible, cord loose & falls out back of TV.
Pros: breakfast was convenient
Cons: The noise level from adjacent rooms and the corridor felt as if there was little more than a shower curtain between me and them. I'll not be returning.
Pros: I mainly liked the location. It was centrally located between the places we were going.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.
Pros: Staff and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Mattress was not comfortable.
Pros: Clean and big
Cons: Plug did not work so couldn't have your phone plug in without taking the lamp plug out The radio for your alarm clock kept going off and on by itself The tv channels came in with a static picture and sound
Pros: Everything was perfect!!! A wonderful stay. Will do it again Dec 2017

Cons: Went to check in at 200pm and lady said there were no clean rooms in the hotel. Kind of shocked an hour before check in. We stayed 1 night and we went to the pool in the morning to find the same garbage on the floor from a huge party the night before. At breakfast we were told there were no more eggs and it was only 2 hours into the 4 hour breakfast.
I would say our stay was average for a marriott hotel.

Cons: The advertisement did not match the room. The room was missing microwave and fridge as advertised. I based my reservation on location and the amenities of fridge and microwave being in the room. It was disappointing, all other was okay. Very good service otherwise.

Pros: Staff was very friendly at check in. This was my only interaction with another person at the hotel. The building overall is a little old, but it is still in good condition, and I felt safe, and the rooms were clean. Upon getting to my room, I was pleased with how large the room was, as well as the bathroom. There is good work space and a couch.
I didn't use the pool so I can't speak to that. I booked based solely on price, and thought I could roll the dice based on the mixed reviews, which after staying here, many negative ones are unfair. I will definitely remember this location for my travels to Peoria.
Cons: The only negative is that they are working on their kitchen remodel, so they don't have breakfast set up; however, they did offer free breakfast at Perkins, which is in the same lot (maybe 50 steps from the hotel). So it's really not a negative as they make an attempt to accommodate.
I did notice a "smell" in the hallway, but it smelled like a cleaning agent and not "urine" like some of the other posters.
Cons: The bed was really.. bad. Very uncomfortable and didn
T get any sleep..
Cons: Great Kayak would book us at a hotel that had been sold out for at least a day. Then when I called, was put on hold for at least 25 min. I finally hung up. Better not get chargEd!

Cons: The room was small. The pillows were awful. They ran out of breakfast before the time allowed was over. What was left did not look appetizing at all.
Pros: comfortable, friendly staff, great rate.
Cons: not easy to get to. outside entrance to rooms.
Pros: comfortable. friendly staff.
Cons: difficult to locate.
Pros: THe bed was very comfortable and there were so many pillows, it felt luxurious on a pauper's pay. Hot breakfast served every morning with hours until 9am and delicious.
Cons: The rooms are soundproof to the street but not between the rooms. It's not very bad except, the toilet flushing is the loudest thing I have ever heard and I was able to count how many times and when my neighbor went to the bathroom.
Pros: Its the cheapest hotel with a pool in the area. staff was friendly
Cons: Humidity level in room was terrible even with air conditioner on. Paper, bed and clothes felt damp. No exhaust fan in bathroom. TV reception was poor. When asked staff about TV was told someone would come and check on it but no one came. had to call twice to get shower fixed. all vending machines eat money.
Pros: The night staff was very courteous and, though it was obviously he was new, tried very hard to make sure my stay was comfortable.
I was surprised by the options at breakfast -- eggs, biscuits and gravy and self-serve waffles, as well as the usual muffins, bagels and orange juice.
Cons: It took a while to actually check-in as my reservation had been misplaced. To be fair, I had booked through an online aggregator site only a few hours before checking in.
The heat in my room was turned off when I arrived, but it was easy to turn it up and the room was toasty in no time.
Pros: I've stayed here on several occasions. Great facility for the time that we spent there. Others in the area were either too run-down or too expensive.
Cons: The route taken to get to the hotel is sometimes a headache since there is no road leading directly to it. You actually need to use the Northwoods Mall road to get there.
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: The walls are paper thin. Every time someone in the room next to mine flushed the toilet or ran the sink a loud rumble would come from the wall. It was loud enough to wake me up. Don't expect a good night's sleep here.
Pros: Excellent value for the cost. Breakfast was surprisingly extensive and good. Friendly staff. Rooms were good sized
Cons: A bit round about to find the place.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Being able to park outside the room was handy.
Cons: Humidity level in room was terrible even with air conditioner on. Paper and clothes felt damp. No exhaust fan in bathroom. TV reception was poor. When asked staff about TV was told someone would come and check on it but no one came.

Cons: Spartan appearance of room, almost institutional. Bare walls. Bare minimum amenities. Room was ice cold when I checked in after 8pm. Heater blew mix of heat and ice cold air when turned on. Mistake by desk clerk when I checked in resulted in night clerk giving my room key to another late arriving guest.
Pros: In room kitchen
Cons: no bathroom sink space to set toiletries etc. nnot to mention no hairdryer..
Enjoy your visit to Peoria with a stay at Extended Stay America - Peoria - North. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6 AM and 9:30 AM. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Pros: The location was close to the local mall and very easy to find. Plenty of restaurants nearby and right off the highway.
Cons: The room we initially received was not the room we booked and it reeked of smoke. After a 15 min debate with the front desk about the accuracy of my description, we were moved to the room that we booked. The room seemed decent at first but after settling in we realized that there were no toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) There were one medium sized bath towel and one face towel for to adults and a child. The toilet bowl was dirty and the sliding door to the toilet/shower was covered in mold. We would have switched hotels but there were no available rooms for the holiday weekend. Oh, and I totally gashed my leg on the exposed bed frame at the edge of the bed. This was one of the absolute worst hotel stays.

Pros: The hotel is older and dated but very well maintained. The rooms were clean and very spacious. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
Pros: I liked the pool an the plants inside..
Cons: I didn't like the cleanliness of my room, there were stains on my comforter, an all along the box springs which didn't come with skirts...
Pros: The only positive is that three pool was nice, the hotel was not in the best conditioner and there was mold un the bathroom which leans me to believe that it is in other places as well and I became sick the second Morning we were there.
Pros: The breakfast buffet.
