Staff was very helpful. They provided anything that we asked. Room was small but clean.
Very close to metro station, about 1-2mins walk, could also walk to Eurostar terminal if needed. Convenient to all ameneties, able to book at short notice. We went as two couples and our rooms were together which was nice.
The staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The meals we had were of good quality. We appreciate the effort made by your hotel/company to show how customers can minimise their environmental impact during their stay - turning lights off and re-using towels etc. We would struggle to find anything negative about the hotel or the service we recieved. In fact we would be delighted to recommend the hotel and if we visit Paris again would want to stay at the same hotel.
triple room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.
Location, coffee maker, room cleanliness, existence of the parking Hotel staff was not very polite, access to the parking is difficult (one way used for getting in and getting out!)
location and parking lack of facilities

The hotel Restaurant
The relative high quality we got for the price we paid. Restaurant was very good as well.
I've seen several budget hotels in Paris. This one is deffinately one I would like to return to if I visit Paris again. Good staff, clean rooms and private parking. The rooms are a bit small but hey, so are the prices.
I had business in that particular area of Paris, therefore I stayed there. For a short business stay it was fine. The Metro station was just next door and there were many restaurants around.
Very convenient to Metro (Porte La Villette - line 7) Some Restaurant staff poor in English and therefore ignored us... (for so long we walked out...) Service seemed good for French speakers though.
I found the concierge very informative and helpful. Having access to free internet was very useful. Being so close to the Metro was good. The roadworks going on around rather detracted from the occasion (not the hotel's fault I know). A better selection for people with gluten allergy would have been helpful - particularly the lunch/dinner menu.
I only liked the politeness and good nature of the reception staff. Cramped and old rooms. They definitely need refurbishing. Obsolete and old furniture as well as bath equipment. Extremely unstable beds (they would skid with the slightest move) and hard as a rock matresses. Too much noise from the early hours (doors slamming, cleaning trays moving, people talking, public works outside and other undescribable noises) that would make the guest sleep-deprivated !!!
Very nice view, staff polite and informed, speak good english, we could check in before the hour indicated as soon as the room was ready, very close to bus station and metro Shower doors wouldn't close properly causing leakage all around the bathroom
the service was excellent - all the staff very helpful our request for extra towels was ignored
Proximity to Metro & shops. Innovative efficiency function of bathroom door. Not situated at Central Paris, at a dodgy area. Carpet was wet on arrival day. No shampoo/shower gel on the first night. No cafe facilities. Pricey for what it is. Bathroom door does not latch, hence, door can't be closed.
The hotel is located on the Canal and has beautiful water side space. The hotel is modern and comfortable. The check in is at 14:00 hrs so anybody reaching early will not find that convenient. Also Internet is chargeable.
the people were nice, very helpful. Located in a quite area.
We very much appreciated the daily servicing of the room; it was clean, fresh bedlinen and fresh towels replaced as indicated. Breakfast was good too, althoug some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. We were disturbed in the middle of the first two nights by a strange light thumping sound. Maybe it was related to the heating.
Parking and close to M station Crowd at Breakfast, and the construction of bathroom,The room was actually designed for Handicap travellers, and if you are not one, having problem.
Location and views and staff very helpful. We tried 2 rooms they were nice but we found the beds most uncomfortable.Restaurant too small!
quiet area, closed to metro, new furnished no rridge at room
nice location - view on canal special the daily rate quoted for a meeting room was exorbitant and included no services
Bathroom was very clean and bed was also clean. The breakfast was good, not as good as other Holiday Inn hotels bus considering it was close to the city it was ok. Just got one small bar of soap for hand and face washing during all our stay. The room had no safe box nor drawers.
The restaurant was nice, and had a variety of options to select. Close proximity to public transit (bus, metro, navette) Staff spoke a good amount of English The room was not very spacious. The pitiful size of the room was only emphasized by the bathroom. I say bathroom because it contained a sink, toilet and shower - but it was the size of a closet. In order to enter the shower, the bathroom door must be open. An awkward dance involving three doors just to take a shower. This could have been easily corrected during the most recent remodel (probably in early 2000's) with a solid curved shower door that slides back in towards the shower. (Keep that in mind Ibis, next remodel you should look for those)
Very close to a metro station. The wifi was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was too small. Not best value for money to stay there.
very friendly people at reception poor room cleaning (depending on personnel)
The staff was kind and very helpful. During the strike they made sure we got to the airport on time and without spending a fortune. They were available at all hours and very friendly. We were surprised at the area it was in...a little less charming than some of the other areas. But we don't have any complaints.
The hotel is well located near metro and the staff was helpful the toilet is very small, esp the washbasin is not good enough even to wash hands. The hotel only has french channels, they did not have even 1 english channel so could not even catch news of the day.
Very close to the metro stop RIQUET, relatively quiet, inexpensive compared with other Parisian hotels with relatively comfortable rooms. Very small rooms!
Very colose of 2 diferent supermarkets, and very close to a metro station The room was too small
The rooms are tiny, the water pressure barely trickles out of the shower head, the neighborhood reminded me of Mogadishu, half of the lights in the room did not work, the windows did not close properly so the room was not secure... I really can't say anything good about this hotel.
that the room was renovated and clean the absence of heating, the fact that two of the receptionists didn't speak English so there was a problem in our communication. The fact that when we asked to change rooms due to absence of heating and severe humidity the change took place while we were absent and without our knowledge and authorization. Our personal belongings were moved to a store room and we were trying to find afterwards lost shoes, toothbrushes etc.
good value for money, small but very clean room - there is everything you need. 5 min from metro, not very far from the center of the city
The hotel was near a metro station in an interesting neighbourhood. It looks a bit of a distance from the city centre but only took 20 minutes by metro from the Louvre. The room was clean and bright and modern. The lift didn't work for part of our stay, and the lights on the staircase weren't working, so it was a bit difficult getting up and down five floors in the dark.
OK for the price The walls are to thin I guess, I could here the neighbors at night.
Near to the Metro station The toilet door is not working, the direction is wrong from the Metro station
The location is good, near a subway station and not far from the center. Rooms were very clean. Wifi in the rooms. Nobody speaks English and it is difficult to explain something to the staff. The hotel's street is very very noisy and there is much traffic. Late check in - 14.00
Room small, clean, 200meters far from Metro station, price OK. A little noisy at night and in the morning.
the hotel was clean, nice new rooms and good value for money
Location Brekfast and street noise.
Our staff person Jean helped us all the time with many crazy, but necessary questions. It was a good place to sleep. The lights went out one night for a few hours and this was disturbing since we were packing.
Hotel De Crimee is situet in a good place from the traveling point, was verry easy to coming or going from this hotel ( Metro and buses near hotel's door ) the rooms very small for 3 persons , for two is enough
location right next to metro; a nice, international part of Paris, extremely clean and quiet, staff very friendly; room was small, but not a problem
The hotel is a bit pricey for the size of the rooms. We stayed in another hotel for much less and the room was bigger. It is clean and ok, but not for this price. The gentleman on the morning shift was extremely helpful - much appreciated! Thank you.
helpful staff, good location, safe hotel, good room for price. internet facility
Cleaning in the room every day, quiet place, near to the metro station a little bit complicated to go directly to the center of Paris
Nothing We were thrown out on day of departure at 12.20,although there was no other customer coming.
We felt that it could have had tea and coffee making facilties
Friendliness of the staff
Reasonable value for money for hotel relatvely close to city centre, and plenty of places to eat nearby. OK if you want a short, reasonably priced break with easy access to city Although many eating places nearby, none are of a standard that we wanted to use for a business meeting. Rooms are small. Not suitable as a business hotel.
the facilities in the room, the space available, the discretion of the staff. the location is not the best, quite far form the center and the Metro lines are not easy to find.
nothing. i will never comeback. the rooms are so small, and there is no difference if you take a double or a superior studio, both are same the only deferance is the price !
clean, warm, kitchenette
sightseeing inspite of the transportation strike, we walked for 2 hours to the city to so our shopping
Even though it was on main road we could not hear the traffic, room was very comfy and very warm and cosy.reception were very helpfull with directions.will definatly stay there again...
well equipped kitchen
The closeness to the Metro station The hotel room was very poor in comfort, looking, not at all like on the pictures.
Facilities - fridge, microwave, food processor, cooker No airconditioning
Close to metro Very Noisy
Its great, the room (apartment suit) is huge and beautiful. very close to everywhere we want to visit. -
The recptionist was very helpful T.V only in room and only three stations in French only
The streets around the hotel was a little frigthening .
The staff members were excellent, spoke several languanges, so comunication wasn't a problem. Stayed 5 nights and even thou my bedshit got dirty with some spilled coke, they did not change the bedshits. Also the toilet hairdrayer did not work in the morning. Another thing, the tv did not show any international channel,
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It was a very pleasant stay.
English speaking and friendly staff Room cleanliness
nice and friendly staff; small but clean room; spacious bathroom; although in a busy street, quiet nough; near metro station. no aircondition.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was well cleaned each day. Located very close to convienience shops and metro station. Free internet access was available.
Friendly staff Slightly dodgy area
The receptionists are really really kind and helpful, the rooms are cleand every day (with new towels and sheets). We only had a double room but there was a table, chairs, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and an all new flat monitor TV. Our bathroom was perfectly clean and functional as well and it was unusually large for this price. There's a really nice and comfortable lobby in the hotel and two computers with free! internet. The streets are silent in the night. I really have to rack my brain to find something that we didn't like. Maybe that there was no "Don't disturb" table to be put on the door handle.
It was fine. No.
Nearness to Metro, Railway stations and sity centre. To old, bad and small beds. Defective shower system. To small rums. Service staff. To noise.
The location was the best point of this hotel, as it was right across the street from a metro station. No where in the booking information nor on the hotel website did I see it mentioned that reception was closed for some key hours of the day or entirely on Sundays. Very inconvenient if you have been travelling all day and have to wait 2-3 hours for reception to show up to let you in the building.
Location The entrance was very shabby and run down. There were no services - I had a note tucked in to my door the evening before my departure telling me I must remove my waste from the apartment before leaving. When reception closes there is no way of entering the lobby and I was locked out on two occasions.
nothing i stayed 3 houres to open reception and intrance.there wasnot any cleaning services for rooms.very small rooms with no good view
Convenience & value for money the bed was not very comfortable
great location, friendly staff. poor quality furnishings, cramped and uncomfortable - the smallest apartment hotel room in the world - but what do you expect for 85 Euro per night in Paris...
It is near to the station and near to many restaurants, bars etc. The bathroom was not so comfortable
it was very closed to the metro station it was too far from all the important places to be visited; the room was very small, dirty and it didn't look like in the pictures from the site, the furnish was older and the extensible sofa was in fact half of a sofa and the other half was a one person bed- real awful because two pieces didn't match at all and we had to keep this sofa extensible, so there was no space left in the room; the man from the hotel staff who work during the night shift wasn't helpfull and didn't treat us well; so,if you want to rest during your stay, please choose another hotel, otherwise you'll be sorry as we are now!
In the past I stayed in this hotel numerous times. Good location. This hotel is not secure at all. People partying at night in the courtyard until the wee hours of the morning, front door that can't lock (there is no receptionist at night), people knocking at your door at night and asking if they come in and/or if they can ask you a question!!! this hotel used to be GREAT now it is a piece of junk!
Manger was very rude and unhelpful. Due to this I left early.
Location and free WiFi internet the room was clean at the beginning but nobody showed up to clean it the following 5 days, neither a change of towels or bedclothes. We were said that children were no accepted but this information was not in booking.com, therefore, we didin´t get a crib for our baby. Also was very inconvenient that the reception had a fixed scheduled and it was closed during all March 24th.
