We were greeted with smiles and although I tried speaking French, the receptionist recognized my American accent and began speaking English right away. That was a relief! Our room and bathroom were unexpectedly large, especially for Europe. The elevator was large as well, fitting 4 people. We asked the staff to make dinner reservations and they were happy to do this, and asked about our dinner
