What we liked is that we where in the center of Palma
Room was big but very dark, lighting in the room was really poor, also the air-conditioner smelled awful. we couldn't turn it on.

The breakfast selection was amazing. The staff was very efficient, friendly and very supportive. Jorge gave us great restaurant tips. The in-house massage from Marianne was the best I’ve ever had.

Staff amazing, Syb and his team went out of their way to be polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast great lots of choice and healthy options. Location wonderful walking distance to everything and so quiet. Rooms nice, bed huge. Quirky outside spaces. Would definitely stay there again.
The spa was being renovated during our stay it would have been nice to have been informed prior to our arrival. However the manager arranged we could use the facilities in another hotel so not perfect but a solution none the less.

Great location and cute boutique hotel.
Lots to improve on! Water is not provided everyday. No coffee machine in the room, even in the above average room. Breakfast options are average. No vegan or gluten free. Super noisy hotel too. Rooms need a full length mirror and lighting is poor in the rooms. Lots of minor matters but they all add up.
