The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It actually felt like a 5 star hotel oppose to other "5star" hotels I've stayed at in mallorca that really only felt like 3 stars.

The hotel was beautiful. The surroundings we really pretty. Roof top bar looked amazing. Although we didn't get to use it it because of the time of year and the weather was it suitable to sit out.
The lobby was cold so couldn't really sit in it and relax.
