Breakfast was amazing, gym better than expected, staff great, luggage room super easy to use as you get your own key, view from room (south) very nice.
Kettle w/ tea, coffee in the room would have been nice

Had a fantastic stay! The location was great, just a short walk from the harbour. The room was nice and big, and goof value for money.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Provided us with luggage room when needed.
The rooms were small. We traveled in a group of 5 to celebrate my brother Bday and they allocated our rooms at completely different floors. We asked for double/king size beds and in our rooms we found 2 single beds instead. Also we paid for our breakfast and one day I didn't feel hungry so I just wanted to take one apple out from the buffet and the restaurant staff run!! behind me screaming that I can't take it out from the restaurant. The day after that same person saw a Spanish lady walking out from the restaurant with apples, bananas and other fruits in her hand and he only smiled at her. She was Spanish and I am not so I guess that's the reason I got different treatment and for me this is really unaccepted at 4* hotel!
