Large room with plenty of windows, big bathroom. Pool was lovely with jacuzzi and Turkish bath
Smoking outside, would have been helpful to have the pool open from 8, but visited out of season

Close to the city of Palma and the port (if you’re planning to board a cruise ship as we did). Supermarket also close by (leave hotel, turn right and just follow that street for a few minutes). Very nice breakfast with everything you need (warm and cold dishes, eggs, homemade cakes etc). Indoor and outdoor swimming facility (which we didn’t use, but looked nice). Rooms big and comfortable, little outdated but clean. Public parking directly there (5 Euro per day).

No French or English TV channels. Wash handbasin not cleaned, glasses not cleaned, bed spreads not put on the beds, room not tidied until late afternoon so no afternoon nap!

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Nice bathroom. The hotel is light and airy and decorated with interesting art and artefacts. Slightly out of the old centre: however it's only a 20 minute walk (possibly there's a convenient bus)and the hotel is really close to the harbour. BTW there's a large underground car park,up the same street, which charges 5 Euros a day if you park without taking the car out. Or you can park for free on the surrounding streets if you can find a space.

Very professional and informative receptionist. Just for anybody to know, the city underground parking is just in front of the hotel and costs less than what would you pay for hotel's parking (5 eur vs 8 eur) - this was correctly pointed out for us by the staff which also mentioned that this area has many free on-street parking places we may catch with a bit of luck... which we did! We appreciated this hint. The room was very clean and comfortable and cleaned daily just fine. The hotel itself has a lot of personality which we also appreciated.
A kettle would be a great addition but that's just a detail, no big deal.
