    Great location. Nice rooms. Very friendly staff.

    The room was way too warm because there was no possibility to turn off the heating. Needed to keep the window open all the time. The choice of restaurants is limited. The main restaurant is too expensive and the bar has limited choice.

    Perfect hotel just a little way from Palma centre, immaculate throughout staff very attentive and friendly. Sea view rooms very clean and comfortable, recommend to pay for red level service for all day drinks and nibbles evening alcoholic drinks included

    The indoor pool and area very disappointing especially for a November visit

    We were treated like celebrities at reception. I would recommend everyone to upgrade to the Red Level. The quality of service is remarkable. Dedicated lounge. Fabulous rooms. Beautiful views. I can't say enough! We love this hotel!
