A standard hotel (for sure not 4 stars for international standards) some steps away from the old town. Good breakfast (compared to other hotels in the region).
The rooms definitely need a renovation and are on the small-ish side! The view from the window was horrible (old and tiny "backyard").

Location location and location
The room facility is very very basic. And the AC centrally turn off around 11:30 pm every night.

The location was well placed for access to the tourist / eating and shopping areas, particularly the key large park, but the 150m distance meant we weren't disturbed by the late night music in the park. The underground garage parking nearby was good.
Not sure if our junior suite on the 8th floor had had smokers in. Slightly smelly

Good food, good location, very friendly staff.
Small economy rooms and general the building is VERY noisy, you hear everything from the the rooms above , below and adjoining.
