The location, the quietness. Good heating and hot water.
The internet connection and the size of the room. One of the hotel's employees entered the room without knocking the door. The maximum lightening of the room is weak.

Perfect location for a quick visit to Munich & the Christmas markets. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, seems there was an issue with the system
