The spa is poor and cramped, the service is decent at best (a line to get seated for breakfast?? It looked like the post office), in general you would expect much more for this price range.

The staff were excellent. Beautiful bedroom and very quiet. Location perfect. Food exquisite. Wonderful atmosphere in the bar. A fabulous hotel with loads of history.

The female receptionist at check-in was very service minded. Madeleine? The Kroatian luggage boy was very helpful and charming.
LED white light from the bedside lamps. Pls avoid the horrible white light in general in the hotel.
