Hotel Torbräu

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Marienplatz station which puts it in a central location with easy access to key sights, lots of food options and of course, close to plenty of good shopping. The proximity makes its convenient to take a train to and from the airport. There's also a supermarket nearby in case you need snacks, water, etc.

Accessing the lift at the lobby area or accessing some of the rooms requires negotiating a set stairs. These are a short flight of stairs however it's not very convenient when you are carrying multiple pieces of luggage.

Breakfast buffet is included and really quite good. Hotel is old school and is in a great location near marienplatz. Two different subway lines very close. Really enjoyed my second stay here.

Fantastic breakfast in an elegant room. The position was perfect for the Sbahn to the airport and main attractions. We loved the all inclusive mini bar, kettle and coffee machine.

I could never get the shower hot enough for my liking. I was expecting more `wow` as it was an expensive stay but I think Munich is not a cheap town.
