excellent staff. very clean. nice breakfast buffet for $14/person. wonderful location no noise cancellation.
Nothing I've stayed in hotels for the past 25 years. This was one of my worst experience. My room had 2 queen sized beds and it was the smallest room I've ever seen. After fitting 2 queen beds there was no space left to even walk. Smallest side tables which can not be used for anything. Small closet, the doors of which won't open. Miniscule bathroom. They charge $10 resort fee per day which includes towels and beech chairs. When I asked for extra towels, the front desk lady sternly mentioned "you have already taken 4 (when I had taken only 2 and wanted 2 more) and refused to give anymore). Jose at The front desk was very helpful and always smiling otherwise this is a rip off. No pool, awful drinks and nothing else I would recommend. Stay away from this place. I had horrible experience. Hope you don't!!!
Everything was excellent! The location is perfect! A few walking blocks from the lively Ocean Drive, a short bike ride to the South Pointe Pier Point, and right on the beach. There are also some wonderful restaurants within one block radius of the hotel. Our stay was during the tail end of August 2017, and apparently August and September are "Miami Spice" months which is when hundreds of restaurants participate with special 3 course meals for only $40! The staff was incredible! We travel quite a bit and I can sincerely say that this staff was one of the best!
Pool was out of commission, there was jack hammering going on early literally outside our balcony. Staff was not responsive to complaints. Horrible stay. Horrible staff
I liked that it was on the beach. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was ideal if you're looking for an authentic Southbeach experience. I didn't like being so close to Nikki Beach because the music could be heard in our room from 6 AM to midnight. The food at the hotel was way overpriced ($22 per person for an average breakfast and $16 for a mixed drink!!) I also didn't care for the tiny pool, but the beach made up for it.
Great location. The Italian restaurant down stars is phenomenal. The rooms were clean and the view was pleasant. The hotel and the rooms have aged considerably during the past years. The rooms are tired and need to be revamped.
Service The bed Location
Price is okay, location in south beach They charged me extra $20 to store luggage after checkout which is the most frustrating part, whereas other hotels would have that as complimentary service. The rooms are old, beds are old.
Great location and easy access to the beach. Towels and chairs provided for the beach. Absolutely the smallest elevator I have ever seen in my life.
Close to the beach. This is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it 2. For the money that I spent I could have stayed in a much better hotel. The pictures lie a lot done trust them. Just go somewhere else.
The staff was very friendly. It's like a luxury home away from home. It's close enough to the action on Ocean Drive but far enough away to feel like a get away. Having to pay half of the bill up front. But based on the holiday, I understand.
Just off the coastline and a15-20 walk to all the bars and restaurants which I didn't mind. Friendly staff. A little sparse on the inside but comfortable enough. Generally happy with my stay.
My first experience staying in a hostel ever...it was so much fun with super friendly staff, close location to the beach, fun planned events and convenient shuttle service to the airport. It was great partying with random people from all over the country and the world. I am so happy I decided to stay here and I hope to come back soon to the South Beach Hostel! A little cramped, but really not much to complain!
Ummm.....the cleaning lady? Uncomfortable beds. Not enough showers or bathrooms. Room was over their bar, so it was very loud. Dirty.
