Pros (+) Unfortunately nothing.
Cons (-) Experienced an absolutely terrifying check-in experience by a Ms. Yomaira, causing us to cut our stay and leave after one night. Were treated with disrespect and subpar to the expected service to be provided by comparable hotels of the same class. However, in my experience with the Beverley Hills SLS Hotel, the above review of not a reflection of the staff as a whole of these hotels.
Pros (+) Everything about the place is ascetically pleasing, staff is super nice, people are cool and laid back, I brought my three small children there and everyone treated them like they were the cool kids on the block haha. They had a ball, and we felt comfortable, being young parents it's hard to find somewhere to go that's a good balance for our type of family.
Cons (-) Rooms are a little small and food and drink prices a little steep.

Pros (+) The beach staff was friendly.
Cons (-) I didn't like the front desk personnel. Everything we requested the answer was always no. Also, our room wasn't cleaned all day. I had to request for the room to be cleaned when we left for dinner in the evening. Once we returned late at night no towels were left for us. Had to request at 2am.
