The location was great

The staff showed a complete lack of of professionalism. At 5am me and my fiancé were getting ready to check out. We had a plane to catch. We called down to the front desk 3 times to receive no answer. I then went down to talk to someone. When I got downstairs to the lobby. There was a sign on the desk that said someone would return soon. We waited only because we needed to get our car out valet. The only way to get our car was for the front desk to call the valet company. No one was there to assist us. We had to find a number to the valet company. Explain our situation and hope for the best. No one helped us for the next 30 minutes. I walked next door to the other hotel and a security guard at the Brown Hotel. He explained to me that no staff were at either hotel. I walked back to Prime Hotel and tried to call the valet company.We finally got in touch with someone from the valet company. Still after that, no one was there to help. Worst nightmare for a traveler on business. Do not recommend this establishment for professionalism or common courtesy for their guest.

The entrance was a bit weird and I would appreciate a better entrance into the hotel but my overall stay and appreciation for the hotel is a good and I wouldreturn.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit uncomfortable with the restaurant patrons having dinner and out of nowhere a hotel guess walks past their table with luggage. Bit weird and I would appreciate better entrance but my overall stay and appreciation for the hotel is a good and I will return.

Excellent location, modern bathrooms, quiet. Beach across the street.

Roof pool and terrace could be improved.

The style of the hotel was very sexy and romantic. Great for couples! 2 minute walk to be beach and restaurants attached to the hotel. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care over. Such as, being able to leave our bags at the hotel since our plane didn’t till 10pm and check out was @11.

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like this because everything was great. Just because it was sexy/romantic hotel, the lighting was pretty dark. I saw that review before booking so I brought vanity light for my makeup. Overall I loved it.
