Loved the location and for the price was not so bad being that close to the beach. The room was very big and so was the bathroom. The balcony was perfect with own private area.
Worse thing was that it rained so we did not get to enjoy the pool of the hotel.

Internet wasn’t working properly. Sometimes hot water was insufficient. Sometimes sheets were missing in bed. Hot tub wasn’t clean at all. Bill wasn’t properly done at the check out.

Generally it was good.
We booked the room for 4 people stay in one room, and breakfast is included in the reservation . But they only gave 2 breakfast vouchers, and we paid for the other two people . Which we think it was not fair, as they indeed accepted the reservation for 4 people, and rate was different .

The location was perfect
I paid for the spa room with jacuzzi balcony; however the jacuzzi was dry & dirty with no water in it. The staff said it was my responsibility to call them to set it up. If I paid for the jacuzzi it should have been clean, and filled before I arrive. They staff was unapologetic about it. It was a waste of $1200!!!

This was the best moderate priced hotel in South Beach I have used in many stays. Room quality was excellent. In a town where it can be hit or miss, this is a sure bet. Beds extremely comfortable. Quality linens.
Be sure to book rooms actually serviced by hotel, as there are some rooms owned and rented out by individuals which are not renovated or serviced.
