Beautiful property and nice boutique. Jeffrey at the front desk was great. Bellmen/staff outside to greet were great.

Service is subpar at times, especially at the pool and patio restaurant, but it was a busy time around New Years. Check in and check out is slow. Room service is subpar in terms of getting orders correct and time it takes. What is the policy on cabanas at the poo? Was told multiple confusing messages. Very weird.

Beautiful hotel with good location. Beach easily accessible from the pool. Everything was very clean and the staff in the Reception was very nice and helpful (shout-out to Jeremy and Sergio)

The experiences below are no what is expected from a 4.5 stars hotel with a price above the average in Miami. - Windows in the room didn't open. Someone came to check and said they were broken, but instead of fixing them, we were left with pieces of wood holding the window open (which is dangerous if you want to close the window because one bad movement and it falls on your fingers) - Walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors talking at a normal volume, their phone ringing, etc. - The air extractor in the bathroom was so slow that it was as if it wasn't even working at all, and the bathroom was impossible after only one shower. Someone came to fix it and said that it was working properly, but that's the speed (?!) - The restaurant and pool menu show some vegetarian options, and even though they're not marked as such, the waiters said they're vegetarian. Only when we specifically asked if these dishes had fish/oyster sauce I was told they did. Moreover, we ordered cauliflower tacos at the pool and asked them ensure they were vegetarian. Despite this, the cauliflower was made with fish sauce. The fish sauce should be disclosed in the menu or at least ensure the waiters know and advise the guests that these are NOT "vegetarian" dishes.
