As always (coming almost every year), the staff is amazing. Really friendly from reception to breakfast/dinner and room service. Next to yumbo for us is perfect. Adults only excellent. Great room. Confortable.

Food wasn’t labelled well. When asking staff what meat was on dishes they were unable to tell you. On one occasion utensils were being mixed between meat and non meat. Also, cold raw meat was being handed out. On another occasion there was a hair in the dish. Food variety at lunch is very repetitive When rooms are being cleaned, empty glasses were left behind WiFi is poor Snack bar doesn’t serve food until lunch. So it’s not actually a snack bar as you would imagine from the name.

I Think it is overpriced and lack of staff made them very busy but they tried to deliver a good service Some people got more in there package like including travel from the Ailton’s the hotel and return journey Flowers in there rooms and discount on there payment
