Location was good. Friendly staff. large rooms. All in all, this hotel is good. good value for money. There are some negative things though. The biggest pain in this hotel is getting transportation. it is really horrible. We wanted to go to Port Ghalib which is about 4 KM away from this hotel and we couldn't get a transportation for less than 40 pounds. Too expensive. Do not land in Hurghada airport and take a taxi to this hotel .... the trip is about 3 hours. it is better to land in Marsa Alam airport. The other negative thing is the food. . . . . breakfast is really horrible..... I mean really horrible. If you want good food you can go to port ghalib and enjoy Fridays , fish market and other good resturants,
There are a lot of Italians , so everything is for them: meals animation (no English), fitness centre ( sauna); everything is close: diving centre, beach,sport facilities. I will reccomend this hotel for family holiday. In the 5 stars hotel usually must be a body lotion, cotton balls, small face towels, shampoon and hair conditioner. Only shower. The access to Internet is more expensive than in Europe 1 hour cost is equal for 1 day internet access in Bonn.
Friendly staff, pleasant resort with spacious rooms. Too much focussed on Italian visitors Staff at reception were trying to be helpful, but had no sense of urgency. They could not get us on a trip to Luxor. Outside the resort there is nothing.
good position close to the airport, just 5km away bad personal service; 90% of the guests are Italian, lots of noise. At the pool is a loud music; bad food at the pool; the buffet lunch and dinner are almost the same; but above all bad service by the employees, perhaps created by the guests? After a travel through Egypte and have eaten at shabby places we only became sick in this hotel !!
nothing special to be honest....to be more fair, the food was above average for all-inclusive hotels and the beach was nice... Many things, the service was really poor, management didn't respect the terms of booking made through booking.com. they said "we don't care what is written in your booking confirmation". they didn't provide me with what was expected, everything took longer than average. check-in took around one hour! my luggage was left for all this period unattended under the sun, no one really cared in this hotel. they smile and they try to be nice, but they are not well trained. asking for an extra pillow, you should wait another hour or a bit less. it's a pity that they can be much better, but they are not...and value for money, at least for me, was not there. I booked much better places in the same area at a much more reasonable price.
